Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Webminds Solutions services and products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. The use of our services or the purchase of products constitutes acceptance of them.

Description of Products and Services

Webminds Solutions provides services in the following areas:

💻 Website development and maintenance

☁️ Cloud and security solutions

User Responsibilities

The user undertakes to:

Maintain security of data and access credentials
Ensure compliance with applicable law, including GDPR
Do not use the services for illegal or abusive activities
Provide true and up-to-date information

Support, Communication and Account Verification

Webminds Solutions support is provided primarily through the ticket system available in the customer area.

The company may not provide technical support through social networks or unofficial channels.

Support PIN

For account protection and fraud prevention, certain channels may require validation via a Support PIN. Without adequate validation, Webminds Solutions may refuse sensitive changes, including data changes, access resets or cancellations.

Payments and Invoicing

6.1 Emission

Invoices are generated 10 dias antes of the due date.

6.2 Penalties for Delay

6.3 Right to Free Resolution

The user can exercise the right of free resolution within a period of 15 dias, except for VPS/VDS services, which are not eligible for refunds.

6.4 VPS Billing Cycle

The Virtual Private Server (VPS) services provided by Webminds Solutions, including VPS SSD, VPS NVMe and VPS Windows plans, are billed on a monthly basis with fixed renewal date on the 8th of each month.

When activating the service, a proportional charge (prorata) may be applied corresponding to the period between the service activation date and the 8th of the month, with the aim of aligning the billing cycle with the standard date defined by Webminds Solutions.

After this initial period, all renewals for VPS services will be issued and billed due on the 8th of each month, regardless of the original activation date.

Website Creation Service

7.1 — Execution Deadline

The estimated deadline is 30 to 90 days, depending on the complexity of the project.

7.2 — Project Start

Requires initial payment of 60% (unless otherwise agreed) and signing the contract.

7.3 — Revisions

Changes after final approval may involve additional costs.

7.4 — Post-Delivery Support

Inclui 30 days of support after project delivery.

7.5 — Cancelamento

Cancellations after 15 days imply payment proportional to the hours worked.

7.6 — Project Management

Project management system available in the customer area. Failure to deliver content by the client may result in deadlines being readjusted.

Termination

Webminds Solutions may suspend or cancel services in case of violation of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Webminds Solutions is not responsible for damages resulting from the use of services, except willful misconduct or gross negligence under Portuguese law.

Changes to Terms

Webminds Solutions may update these terms at any time. We recommend that you periodically consult this page to stay informed about any changes.

Applicable Law and Competent Forum

These terms are governed by the Portuguese legislation.

It is competent to Lisbon district court to resolve any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms.
